About Me

Timothy Vanni’s professional journey reflects a lifetime of entrepreneurship, adaptability, and dedication. Born in Mt. Shasta, California, and raised between the picturesque landscapes of Maui and California, Timothy grew up immersed in his family’s beverage distribution business, Wonderland Distributing. His family has been a cornerstone of the beverage industry in Siskiyou County since 1947.

In 1991, Timothy began his career with Coca-Cola Enterprises as an account manager, where his commitment to excellence earned him top rankings in equipment placement and regional sales. After five successful years, he seized an opportunity to purchase his own Snap-On Tools franchise. Once again, Timothy demonstrated his entrepreneurial drive, achieving top sales rankings in Northern California.

After six years in the tool industry, Timothy transitioned into real estate, moving to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. There, he founded Playa Premier Properties, a vacation rental business that quickly became a leader in high-end rentals in Cabo and Playa del Carmen. Leveraging the power of online marketing, Timothy built a thriving enterprise that catered to discerning international clientele.

Following the birth of his daughters, Timothy returned to Redding, California, to focus on family. He rejoined the family beverage business, commuting to Mt. Shasta to expand its distribution platform. His passion for innovation led him to co-found a craft beer distributorship in Redding—the first new beverage distribution house in the area in 35 years—servicing both Redding and Chico. Despite the venture's success, a wildfire ultimately forced its closure.

Timothy's resilience brought him into the pest control industry, where he spent four years before making a significant life change in 2023. He sold his California home and relocated to Florida to be closer to his daughters and enjoy life by the beach. Today, Timothy is channeling his entrepreneurial expertise into launching a shipping broker career with Cube Depot, based in Newport Beach, California.

Timothy’s story is one of adaptability, innovation, and unwavering commitment to both his professional pursuits and his family.

Negotiate luxury travel packages for large groups and other organizations including group travel fares to attract more business via social media and digital internet marketing. Soliciting and securing beverage distribution contracts with craft beer and wine companies for wholesale distribution. Home inspections and sales  

 

Advertising:

Design web pages advertising vacation rental condos and villas. Create strategies to target young professionals, families and businesses.  Utilized demographic information and recent travel statistics to formulate more effective advertising copy and select more effective ad placements. Approximately 400 web pages of advertisement including own website, and other travel specific websites and social media outlets.

  

Budgeting:

Negotiate with condo and villa owners resulting in lower contract prices, and a 10% reduction in operational expenses. Setting FOB and logistics for beverage distribution setting PTR pricing with all accounts. Securing distribution contracts with breweries and cider companies and handling shipping and logistics understanding several pest and real estate inspection platforms
